About Us
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced associate to join our thriving Real Estate Capital Markets practice in our New York office.
Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of commercial foreclosure, receiverships, real estate litigation, and lender liability claims.
Analyze complex commercial finance and CMBS transactions.
Conduct thorough research and prepare detailed casework documentation.
Develop and write persuasive legal arguments.
Effectively communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
Qualifications:
4-6 years of experience in commercial foreclosure, receiverships, real estate litigation, and/or lender liability claims.
Strong understanding of commercial finance and CMBS transactions.
Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
Bar admission in New York required.
Prior experience in a Real Estate Capital Markets group a plus.
Relevant transferable skills from other practice areas will be considered.
Strong academic background preferred.
